August 25, 2026: the Changzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau published a notice after a special task-force investigation, and said the company suspended its "HR Director".

Changzhou HRS Bureau: "Xingyu recruited 440 2026-graduates and terminated contracts with 107 of them. During negotiation the approach was harsh and lacked sufficient communication, causing adverse impact. The company expresses deep apology and has suspended its HR Director. Investigation found the company did not improperly receive employment/talent government subsidies."
Key question
