September 3, 2026: CNR (央广网) and The Paper reported that the "HR Director" whom the bureau said was suspended cannot be found in Xingyu's public disclosures.
Evidence (quoted)
CNR/The Paper: "Reporters combing the HK prospectus list of directors and senior management found no 'HR Director' position. The prospectus shows executive director and executive vice-president Li Shujun is in charge of 'business operations and HR management'."
CLS: "Xingyu's official org chart lists the management ladder as 'Entry—Team Leader—Supervisor—Director—VP', with no 'Director-General' tier. Multiple employees said the internal grade system does not use the 'Director-General' title."
Interpretation
Suspending a role that may not exist in public disclosures was dubbed a "trap-door act", making accountability and the notice's authenticity the new focus.
