题目 Task
The bar chart below shows the percentage of households in four European countries (the UK, Germany, France and Spain) that had access to three selected technologies in 2020: the internet, a smartphone, and a tablet computer.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.

The bar chart compares four European countries in terms of the proportion of households with access to three technologies — the internet, a smartphone, and a tablet — in 2020.
Overall, smartphones were the most widely owned device across all four countries, while tablets were the least common. Household access to the internet and to smartphones was generally close to universal, whereas tablet ownership varied considerably between nations.
Looking at individual countries, the UK had the highest rate of internet access, at 95 per cent, closely followed by Germany at 92 per cent. Smartphone ownership was similarly high: nearly all British households owned one, at 98 per cent, and even the lowest figure, in France, still reached 93 per cent. Spain, despite having the lowest internet penetration, was unusual in that its smartphone rate (96 per cent) exceeded both Germany's and France's.
Tablet ownership showed the widest variation. The UK again led, with 75 per cent, while Spain lagged behind at only 60 per cent. Germany and France stood at 70 and 65 per cent respectively.
