范文(约 190 词)
The two maps illustrate how Hill University's campus developed between 2000 and 2024.
Overall, the campus expanded significantly, with academic and residential buildings replacing green spaces and sports facilities. The library remained the central feature throughout.
In 2000, the library stood at the heart of the campus. A large sports field occupied the eastern side, while a car park was located in the west. Woodland covered the southern part of the site, and there was no dining facility.
By 2024, several notable changes had taken place. The library was extended northwards. The eastern sports field had been cleared and replaced by student dormitories. The western car park remained, but a new academic building was constructed adjacent to it. The southern woodland was removed to make way for modern science laboratories. A cafeteria was also built next to the library.
In conclusion, the campus shifted from a relatively open, green site to a more built-up environment, with residential and laboratory facilities replacing the sports field and woodland.
