📝 高分范文(约 200-250 词,1-2 分钟)

The place I go to relax is actually a small riverside park that I discovered by accident about a year ago. It's right along the Yellow River, not far from my office, and I only stumbled on it when I took a wrong turn after lunch one day.

It's a really long, thin stretch of park with a running path, some benches, and a few old willow trees leaning over the water. There's nothing fancy about it — no trendy cafes, no ticket booth, just open sky and the river.

When I need to unwind, I usually go there after work, around sunset. I'll just walk along the path for twenty or thirty minutes without my phone. Sometimes I bring a book and sit on a bench, but most of the time I just walk and watch the locals — old men fishing, couples walking their dogs, kids chasing each other. The sound of the water is really calming.

What makes it work for me is that it's so unplanned and unpretentious. It's not a tourist attraction; it's just a slice of everyday life. Being there reminds me that there's a world outside my screen and my to-do list. I always feel lighter after a walk there, like the stress has been washed away with the river.

💬 Part 3 延伸讨论

Q1: How do most people relax after a long week?

It splits pretty cleanly by generation. Young people tend to scroll through their phones, watch series, or meet friends for dinner. Older people prefer outdoor activities — dancing in squares, doing tai chi, or just sitting in a park. Honestly, I think the older generation's way is healthier; at least they're outside moving their bodies.

Q2: Do people today get enough relaxation?

No, definitely not. We've glorified being busy. People brag about how little they sleep and how much they work, and weekends get filled with chores or social plans. I think that's why burnout rates are through the roof — nobody actually switches off properly anymore.
