Q1: Do you work or are you a student?

I work as a software project manager at a tech company. I've been in this role for about five years now, and before that I studied software engineering at university.

Q2: What do you enjoy most about your work?

Hmm, I'd say the best part is solving complex problems together with my team. Every project brings different challenges, so I never really get bored. And it's really satisfying when a product we've been working on for months finally goes live and users actually like it.

Q3: Why did you choose this line of work?

Actually, it was a combination of interest and opportunity. I've always been fascinated by how technology can solve real-world problems, especially in the public sector. When a position opened up at the company I'm with now, I decided to go for it, and it turned out to be a great fit.

Q4: Is there anything you dislike about your job?

Well, the main downside would probably be the workload at certain times of the year. When a project deadline is approaching, things can get pretty intense and you end up working long hours. But to be fair, the busy periods don't last that long, and the company is pretty good about giving us time off afterwards.

Q5: What did you want to be when you were a child?

Oh, that's funny — when I was little, I wanted to be an astronaut. I was completely obsessed with space and science fiction movies. Obviously that didn't quite pan out, but looking back, I think that curiosity about how things work is what eventually led me into technology.
