📝 高分范文(约 200-250 词,1-2 分钟)
The holiday I enjoyed most was a road trip we took to the coast a few summers ago, when my son was about three. We drove down from Yinchuan to a small town near the sea, about a ten-hour drive, and stayed there for a week.
It wasn't a fancy resort or anything. We rented a small apartment just a five-minute walk from the beach. Every morning, we'd wake up early, have a simple breakfast of congee and pickles, then head straight to the shore. My son was obsessed with building sandcastles, so he'd spend hours digging and piling up sand, completely lost in his own little world. My wife and I would just sit on a towel, watching him and listening to the waves.
In the afternoons, we'd rent bicycles and ride along the seafront, stopping at little seafood stalls for lunch. In the evenings, we'd walk along the beach as the sun went down, and my son would run ahead, chasing seagulls.
What made it so special was how unplanned it all was. No packed schedule, no tourist checklist. We just went with whatever felt right that day. That week was the first time in ages I felt completely switched off from work. I came back home feeling genuinely refreshed, and I still think about that trip often.

💬 Part 3 延伸讨论
Q1: Do people today take enough holiday?
Honestly, no. In China especially, annual leave often goes unused because people fear being seen as slacking. They'd rather power through and burn out. It's a shame, because the best work usually comes from well-rested people, not exhausted ones.
Q2: Is it better to travel with family or with friends?
It depends on what you want. Family trips are warm and comfortable, but you're on someone else's schedule — grandparents want lunch, kids need naps. Friend trips are more spontaneous. I love both, but for a proper break from routine, nothing beats family time.
