📝 高分范文(约 200-250 词,1-2 分钟)
The item of clothing I'd like to talk about is a dark green waterproof jacket that I've had for about four years now. It's nothing fancy — just a simple windbreaker from an outdoor brand — but it's easily the most worn thing in my wardrobe.
I bought it on a trip to Lhasa, actually. We were there in early spring, and the weather was freezing, windy, and sunny all at the same time. I didn't pack warm enough, so on our second day I ducked into an outdoor shop and picked this jacket off the shelf. It wasn't expensive, but it's been with me ever since.
It's a medium-weight jacket, with a hood that rolls up into the collar, and a couple of zipped pockets on the front. The colour has faded a bit after years of washing, and there's a small tear on the left sleeve that I've stitched up myself, but that's part of its charm.
The reason I'm so attached to it is that it's been everywhere with me. I've worn it on hikes, on rainy commutes, on cold evenings in the park. It's not the most stylish piece, but it's reliable, comfortable, and it carries a lot of memories. To be honest, I'll probably be a bit sad when it finally falls apart.

💬 Part 3 延伸讨论
Q1: Do people today buy too many clothes?
Absolutely, yes. Fast fashion has made clothes so cheap that we treat them as disposable. People wear something a few times, then toss it. It's terrible for the environment, honestly. I've been trying to buy less but better-quality pieces that last, and it's saved me money in the long run.
Q2: Is appearance more important than personality?
In the short term, yes; in the long run, no. We all judge people by how they look within seconds, it's human nature. But after you actually get to know someone, appearance fades into the background. If someone has a great personality, you stop noticing what they're wearing.
