📝 高分范文(约 200-250 词,1-2 分钟)

The person who's had the biggest influence on me is my father, actually. He's always been a quiet, hardworking man who never really talked about his achievements, but somehow his actions shaped the way I think about life.

I've known him my whole life, of course, but I really started noticing his influence when I was in high school. Back then, I was a pretty lazy student — I'd put off studying until the last minute and expect things to just work out. My dad never lectured me about it. Instead, he'd come home from a long day at work, sit at the kitchen table, and read his engineering textbooks to get a professional certificate. He did that for nearly three years, every single evening, without complaining once.

What really struck me was that he wasn't doing it for promotion or money. He just said, "You should never stop learning." That sentence stuck with me. Watching him grind away quietly changed my attitude completely. I started taking my studies more seriously, and eventually I got into a good university.

Even now, when I feel stuck or frustrated, I think back to those evenings. He taught me that success isn't about talent or luck — it's about showing up consistently. That's probably the most valuable lesson anyone has ever given me.

💬 Part 3 延伸讨论

Q1: Who has more influence on children, parents or teachers?

I'd say parents have a deeper influence overall. Teachers spend a few hours a day with kids, but parents are around from day one, so they shape a child's values and habits from the very beginning. That said, teachers play a huge role in shaping academic ability and social skills, so it's really a team effort.

Q2: Do people change their ideas as they get older?

Definitely, yes. When you're young, your views are pretty black and white — you think you're always right. But as you gain more life experience, you start seeing shades of grey. I've become much more open-minded than I was ten years ago, simply because I've been exposed to different opinions and made mistakes along the way.
