📝 高分范文(约 220 词)

The place I most want to visit is the Scottish Highlands. I first became curious about it after watching a documentary about the landscape — vast, empty moors, lochs surrounded by mist, these ancient mountains that look like they've been standing there forever. It looked like the edge of the world.

What draws me isn't the typical tourist experience. I'm not really interested in cities or museums. I want to walk. I want to hike along the trails where, according to what I've read, you can go for hours without seeing another person. I'd like to visit in late autumn, when the heather is blooming and the light is golden but the crowds have thinned out.

I'm also fascinated by the history — the castles, the clan culture, the way the landscape has shaped the people who've lived there. There's something about a place that's endured for millennia that makes our own problems feel small.

I've been telling myself I'll go for the last two or three years, but work and budget have kept me putting it off. This year, I'm actually booking it.

🔗 串题思路

  • Describe a natural place you want to go to → 直接套用
  • Describe a country you want to visit → Scotland 可扩展为 UK

💬 Part 3 延伸

Q: Why do people travel to remote, natural places? I think it's partly a reaction to our daily lives being so mediated by screens and cities. There's something restorative about being somewhere vast and indifferent — a landscape that doesn't care about you, which paradoxically makes you feel present.
